On 27 September 2026, Komoa & Isperia will present a new performance at Onawa Asobi Europe in Antwerp.
This performance continues their exploration of a form of shibari built around connection, sensuality and dialogue between bodies. Rope is not used simply to create forms: it accompanies a gradual transformation, from the first ties through to separation.
Throughout the performance, the relationship between the person tying and the person being tied also evolves. Little by little, rope ceases to be simply the action of one upon the other and becomes a connection built and experienced together. The rope becomes the link that brings the two partners together.
An invitation to follow an inner and shared journey, where the destination may matter less than the path travelled together.
